Christopher Fries

I specialize in both residential and investment properties in the Greater Cincinnati area (Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties in OH and Campbell, Kenton, Boone counties in KY). I have been a real estate investor since 2002 and licensed agent since 2008. I have completed multiple home renovations, flips, and rental properties.

My areas of focus are Norwood, Oakley, Paddock Hills, Hyde Park, Northside, Downtown, Evanston, Walnut Hills, North Avondale, Avondale, Clifton, Mt Auburn, OTR, Mt Lookout, Mt Washington, Columbia/Tusculum, Anderson Twp., Newtown, Pleasant Ridge, Kennedy Heights, Silverton, St Bernard, Deer Park, Dillonvale, Kenwood, Montgomery, and Sycamore Twp in Ohio. In Northern Kentucky: Covington, Newport, Fort Thomas, Ludlow, Bellevue, Taylor Mill, Hebron, and Florence.

I grew up in Anderson Twp. and have lived in Oakley, Norwood, and Paddock Hills for the last 21 years. I have family on both East and West sides of the city, so I am very familiar with most of the distinct neighborhoods of Cincinnati and NKY.
