I started investing in Cincinnati real estate in 2002 — long before I was ever a licensed agent. I renovated homes in neighborhoods like Norwood, Oakley, Madisonville, OTR, Paddock Hills, Northside, Deer Park, Silverton, and Fort Thomas. I've built rental income, managed Short Term Rentals and learned the Greater Cincinnati market from the inside out. That hands-on experience is something no real estate school can teach.

In 2008, I earned my Ohio real estate license and joined OwnerLand Realty — one of Greater Cincinnati's most agent-forward brokerages. Shortly after, I obtained my Kentucky license, expanding my reach across Campbell, Kenton, and Boone counties. Today I'm one of the only agents in the area who truly knows both sides of the Ohio River.
