Pauline Justice Mami is one of Greater Cincinnati's most accomplished and deeply experienced real estate professionals. Licensed as an agent since 1980 and as a broker in Ohio since 1998, she has guided clients and shaped careers in this industry for over four decades — through every market cycle imaginable.
Before joining OwnerLand Realty, Pauline built a distinguished career managing agents at multiple local real estate firms across Greater Cincinnati. Her leadership experience gives her an understanding of this business that goes far beyond the transaction level — she knows how brokerages work, how deals get made, and how to protect her clients in any situation.
Pauline has also given back to the industry in a meaningful way, teaching new agents and continuing education courses at Hondros College — one of Ohio's premier real estate schools. The skills and ethics she has instilled in the next generation of agents speak to both her expertise and her commitment to raising the standard of the profession.
Pauline and I have been working side by side for 7 years, combining our strengths to serve clients across Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties in Ohio, as well as Northern Kentucky.
